A couple of days ago I got sick, probably contaminated by my friend. She was sick 2 days before.

So here we are, Monday, unable to leave the toilet. And I was worry if I go in the middle of the jungle, should I take my malaria’s pills with this stomach up-sidedown. After struggling with my thoughts and indecision I stayed.

First consequence, I lost 20$ the price of the boat. No way to get a refund!

During this day, apart talking with friends, I slept. They helped me knowing which antibiotics to take.

In the evening, I finally went out of my room to look for possible activities.

Just to mention, I met again my two friends in the hotel, they told me I am hot :D and every time I say hola, they replied with a kiss :D.

What I found:

I met a guy at the malecón, and he helped me understood what I could do around and we also asked in the agencies.

Most of the activities from Coca are expensive. It is always a group price so you need to come with friends. For example, a 2,5h (short trip) to see medicinal plants was 40$. Alone I would had to pay that but it could be shared up to 4, the 5th one would pay 10$ too.

For one day trip they asked 500$!!!!

You can find better deals at the same price for 3 days with lodging in the jungle (napo tourismo, and later I saw even cheaper at Iquitos)

The cheapest thing to do: at the marina they are boats doing a tour to see the 3 rivers, 5$ each person.

I finally decided to leave the day after for Rocafuerta. And from there to see the Yasuni park. (Cheaper if I managed to find a transport).
